Astrid Tomczak is practicing as a consultant at m law group.

In 2011 Ms. Tomczak founded her consulting business Doctor´s Delight – consulting for the aesthetic medicine industry; it focuses on the conception of marketing and sales strategies for small and medium-sized pharma and medical device companies (Germany/Europe), interims management in the area senior management, market analysis as well as support in regulatory issues at launching and marketing of new medicine products and drugs. Ms. Tomczak offers special support services for domestic and foreign firms to enable them to establish products in the area of aesthetic medicine on the German market.

Based on her long-term activities with Q-Med GmbH (renamed to Galderma GmbH) in the past, Astrid Tomczak obtained significant knowledge and experience in sales management, marketing strategies, leadership, product launching and positioning. Finally, she has gained extensive expertise in various interims management projects (e.g. Sinclair Pharma GmbH) as well as comprehensive business development consulting (e.g. Scibase AB).
