m law group advises video platform Kyte in cooperation agreement with Sony Music

Sony Music Entertainment (SME) and Kyte (www.kyte.com),
the universal digital media platform, agreed on a cooperation in which Kyte
will provide an online and mobile video platform for SME’s artists and labels
in the US and Germany.
Sony Germany will use Kyte’s platform to engage with fans
through the creation and distribution of digital content that can be monetized.
The San Francisco- and Switzerland-based Kyte offers a
technology, which allows on the go content recording and distribution. Sony
artists like Alicia Keys, Franz Ferdinand, John Legend and Raheem DeVaughn are
already using the platform. The deal pertains to the United States as well as
to Germany.
