m law group advises BioGents in its conversion into a stock
corporation and subsequent series A financing. The series A financing included
private investors from Germany.
The equity shall be used for the expansion of
BioGents’ business.
BioGents, located in Regensburg, develops, produces and
distributes attractants, repellents and traps for mosquitos.
BioGents is a winner of the “Development Marketplace 2007
Global Competition”, a USD 4 Mio. awarded competition of World Bank.
